Eliminating the current doubt, the location here is indeed Millwall's home ground "The Den", situated on Cold Blow Lane, New Cross, in London.

The match in question is Millwall v Carlisle United, with Millwall playing in white.

There are two possible dates for this fixture - it's either 5 April 1971, or 2 October 1971. (Millwall won each of these fixtures 2-1).

Footage of the same game can be seen in clip 3065.02.

It\'s the October \'71 fixture. Carlisle\'s substitute (Joe Davis, Number 12) is seen walking off. He didn\'t play in the April fixture
