    Hong Kong.

    Various shots of materials for the Chinese army being unloaded at Hong Kong docks - the only port not controlled by Japan at the time. Refugees also come ashore. Piles of barbed wire are stacked up on the docks; an American Martin Bomber aeroplane is seen on a ship; men carry boxes of explosives onto the dockside. M/S of a steam train setting off with goods on a journey to Hangkow.
