Others with police vans guard the entrance of the prison. C/U of elderly lady in overalls crying.

    General view of crowds getting restless as the time of the hanging draws near. Police officers pushing crowd; mounted police charge down road towards crowd to hold them back. The crowd break away and run across the road. Policemen struggle with demonstrators. Policemen struggles with demonstrator, camera pans down to a man lying on the ground and being trodden on by the demonstrator who is being carried away by the police. Policemen getting armlocks on the demonstrator then carrying him off.
