    Several near misses. General view of crowd with huge Everton banner. No score at half-time.

    In the second half a Manchester player tries for a goal but the Everton goalie saves it. The player goes down on his knees, wondering how that happened! Shortly afterwards, Tom / Tommy Booth scores for Manchester. Everton goalkeeper Gordon West sits on the ground looking dejected. Final score Manchester 1, Everton 0. Booth is hugged by his Manager, Malcolm Allison as he walks off the pitch. General view of the cheering crowd.

    Among other players seen are Neil Young, Francis Lee and Harry Dowd (all Manchester City).

    The game was played on 22 March 1969.

    "Tom Booth" should read Tommy Booth.

    "Booth is hugged by his trainer" - actually it's his Manager, Malcolm Allison.
