Mr Malenkov after getting out of car, walks across and shakes hands with a woman (Lady Citrine?) and shakes hands with Lord Citrine, Chairman of the Central Electricity Authority. Behind Malenkov stands his interpreter and Soviet Ambassador Mr Jacob Malik, Malik shakes hands with Lord Citrine. CU. Onlooker with camera up to face, taking photograph. SV. Group.
