    The footage is of Henry Albert Starck (note spelling) son of
    Albert Henry Starck (note spelling) himself the son of the first
    Henry. the famous instrument maker, who made pipes for
    Queen Victoria's piper.

    This Henry Starck (note spelling) in your film clip, would have
    been about 42 years old when he demonstrated how to use a
    turning tool and a LATHE, to begin making a section of a set
    of Highland bagpipes.

    I cannot help thinking this might be of greater interest, if corrected.
