The girl is representing the Junior Red Cross of Canada, and the Prime Minister who introduces Madame Chiang Kai Shek is William Lyon Mackenzie King. The parliament Buildings are in Ottawa. They are now being renovated. They will re-open in 10 years, but they will never look like they did in 1943 again.
