    Aerial views of the liner as smoke rises from it. Tugs are close by. The ship shows signs of the terrible fire which burnt it out.

    Survivors of the fire come down to docks in Cherbourg after rescue ship has docked.

    Members of crew and passengers mingle. Shots of stretcher cases lain on the ground.
