    CU Lottery drum revolving. CU Board containing keys to 53 prize apartments. MS Key being handed to a man. MS A key being handed to a women. LS Six storey flats which were prizes in lottery on the corner of Boulevard and Ulloi Road. Various shots interior of flats, a young woman puts in a new light fitting, puts towels in the airing cupboard, goes onto the balcony.
