    Rosebank Cemetery on Pilrig Street in Edinburgh.

    Opens with Lord Rosebery unveiling memorial with group of people around base of tall pillar covered with dark fabric. Lord Rosebery steps up, pulls something that after some struggle works and makes the cover fall away, revealing tall carved pillar.

    Parade in the rain; people standing under umbrellas. Another Scottish group in kilts march at head of parade. Shot of group of old men marching in robes with ermine tops. More military men lined up on side.

    The memorial pillar commemorates the 214 Officers and soldiers of the 1/7th Royal Scots who died in Britain's worst ever rail disaster at Quintinshill, Dumfriesshire, on 22 May 1915.
