    He makes a small presentation to Lord Burnham. Lord Burnham makes a speech following opening in the door of the Convalescent Home. Cut away to shot of the home.

    N.B. Lord Burnham was presumably Viscount Harry Webster Lawson Burnham. He was a Liberal and later Unionist MP and a director of the Daily Telegraph.
