Prime Minster Neville Chamberlain arriving with wife, they leave a car and enter the building. Lord and Lady Baldwin arriving to Guildhall - Stanley Baldwin was Britain's Prime Minster and leader of the Conservative party. He is to be honoured by the City and to receive a golden casket. Crowd gathered around the Guildhall. Lord and Lady Baldwin leaving the Guildhall, sit in a horse drawn carriage and leave - crowds cheering. Mr Hore-Belisha and Lord Derby leaving Guildhall.
