    Now that we have the toxic legal highs available in many UK towns and cities,
    wouldn\'t it have just been easier to legalise everything and tax it as everything else is?
    The government could have made a small fortune from the tax and this could have been
    used to pay for treatment centres and other educational programs.
    I used to smoke the stuff and I also used to drink alcohol,I no longer do either but
    Alcohol is easily the worst of the 2 evils and should be made illegal,
    now we are in the daft situation where the illegal substances are better for you than the legal ones.
