This is indeed the Port of Calcutta. The location is the historic Man O' War Jetty belonging to the Kolkata Port Trust ( erstwhile Kolkata Port Commissioners) . The jetty was built during the 2nd World War to aid and assist allied naval transport to and from operations in the China-Burma-India theater.
