    MS of Lord Lonsdale on the footplate of a London North Eastern Railways steam locomotive 2848. Helped by Chief Mechanical Engineer of the LNER, Sir Nigel Gresley.VS William Whitelaw, Chairman of the board of directors, talks about the train and introduces the Earl of Lonsdale. Lord Lonsdale steps forwards and unveils the nameplate on the engine. It reads 'Arsenal'.
