A troupe of midget entertainers have fun at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
"All Eves are interested in "little 'uns" - even these "Tower" Lilliputians." M/S of a group of midgets or dwarves. One who is dressed as a mayor shakes hands with a man of normal height. "Full-grown - but on a diminutive spree - " The midgets - who are all very smartly dressed - walk up some steps to a roller coaster ride. M/S of them riding the small roller coaster - this is possibly Blackpool Pleasure Beach. The men wave their hats as they pass the camera. We then see the midgets on another ride - aeroplanes. Again the men lift their hats. They could be mistaken for children dressed in adult clothing. They ride on mechanised seesaws. One of them is dressed as a policeman. They laugh.
"No hustling thrills for them - they like their fun in small doses." Another ride is shown, a wheel turns with a two rotating chairs attached. Some of the midgets ride a mini big wheel (a children's version). A man helps them out of the little cars, the girls laugh. "A real tiny town brigade." The midgets walk out of the fun fair, followed by a group of men. Bystanders watch and laugh as they pass.
