London, probably Pathe Studio.
Various shots of comedian Leslie Weston in evening dress, standing beside a grand piano. He tells several jokes, like the one about the man who died and was late arriving in heaven because he couldn't get through the barrage balloons. A few 'cockney' jokes follow, then Leslie talks of his stuttering brother who was called up to the army and sent to the machine gun division.
Then Leslie sings a little song about the prayers of well-known people, including boxer Jack Doyle and Adolf Hitler.
