    L/S ladies picking lavender in the fields, a horse and cart full of sacks drives by in foreground. M/S woman picking the flowers. Various shots as they empty their tins into sacks, they are handed metal discs in return, this determines how much they will get paid. M/S as men fork the plants into steaming vats. M/S as lid is hauled off afterwards and the steamed plants are tipped out. Various shots as the men use pitchforks to haul them outside. M/S of the lavender water being distilled. M/S of the clear liquid in a flask.
