    CU of ship's hull moving past; to left. Moves on away into water;w/ GV harbour & other boats in bg. Anchors are dropped. Top of ship w/ union jack visible as it moves farther. A few small boats pass in fg.

    HMS Collingwood was a St Vincent class dreadnought battleship. She was launched by Mrs Asquith, wife of the PM.

    With respect, your 'Union Jack' prow flag looks more like a 'Kingdom of England' flag. 'Flag of England' or 'St George's Cross'. Red cross on a white background. Perhaps a pre-commissioning flag? Or, the definition is extremely poor.
