(Title is repeated - possibly replacing a missing intertitle.) C/U of Lord Asquith talking to someone off camera. M/S of Asquith and two women (wife and daughter?) as they stand on the steps of a building, being pelted with flour bombs and brushing flour off their coats; the group then poses for the camera.
