L/S as they all troop up the steps towards the reservoir. M/S of Prince George and the mayor walking along towards the valve. L/S of the new reservoir. M/S of a fountain in the middle, a car draws up. M/S as the Prince walks along behind Lord Derby, Lord Lieutenant of the county. He walks down the steps again. M/S as he declares the reservoir open and is presented with a gift which looks like a box of some sort.
