Note that from 00:33 there's a second, as yet undocumented, story. I'll detail it here......

The location is the Cliftonville Lido in Kent. It's a beauty contest, for the title of "Suntan Venus".

After a left-to-right pan of the ladies, we then see them walking in line beside the pool. Then we get a close-up of a "lady" in a bathing suit turning around, who is then revealed to be a man! Next comes a rear view of the competitors in their bathing suits. Next we see them walking beside the pool all wearing Hawaiian-type grass skirts.

Finally there's a foot-to-head shot showing the top three contestants, who we are told are all from London.
