Lady Jellicoe, wife of Admiral Jellicoe, opens a rifle range for Naval Boys' Brigade at Leytonstone, London.

Lady Jellicoe, wearing a fabulous hat with a long white vertical feather, sits beside her husband at the opening ceremony. Others sit beside and behind them.

At the rifle range, Admiral Jellicoe teaches his wife to look through a rifle that is mounted on a tripod. She covers her left eye to see better, but doesn't seem too impressed and wrinkles her nose.

Admiral and Lady Jellicoe walk along a residential street, past crowds and members of the Naval Boys' Brigade who hold flags and guns. Lady Jellicoe makes a little speech - both she and her husband look rather jolly.

The pair are seen back at the rifle range.

Lady Jellicoe is not sitting beside her husband in this film clip. She is accompanied by Commander W. Jeffries R.N.

Admiral Jellicoe would have admirals braids on his sleeves whilst this gentleman has the three stripes of a Commander.
