    N.B. Item found in Unidentified Gazettes reel. Presumably from 1930s Gazettes.

    Amendment February 2012: A visitor to the website has provided some more information. The unidentified dignitary is Lord Lonsdale. He is naming a LNER class B17/4 locomotive Number 2848.
