    The date is 1 May 1917, location is Bulford Field, Salisbury Plains. The men are New Zealand politicians, William Massey (Prime Minister), Sir Joseph Ward (deputy Prime Minister) & Sir Thomas Mackenzie (NZ High Commissioner to London).
