    The premiere was on 11 October 1961.

    "Pan as Carroll Baker and escort...." that's her husband, Jack Garfein.

    "Executives of the theatre arrive" - they are Laurence and Preston Tisch (who was better known as Bob Tisch).

    "Jeffery Hunter" should read Jeffrey Hunter.

    Jeffrey Hunter would of course famously go on to star as the first captain of the USS Enterprise in TV's 'Star Trek' pilot before being replaced by William Shatner. Did anyone prefer Jeffrey Hunter?
