    LS the White House with flag flying from roof. Various shots Kennedy arriving at White House and being escorted in. Interior shots of Kennedy and Eisenhower (some CUs) at table discussing presidential matters, Secretary of State Christian Herter is also present.

    Various shots as Kennedy emerges from White House and stands before microphones. Kennedy is asked questions by press, he replies (natural sound) saying that President Eisenhower has said that if JFK needs any help in the future, he and his administration will be only too willing to assist.
