Bell rings and they go to their corners. CU. Keenan in his corner being rubbed down by his seconds. CU. O'Neill comes out of his corner. SV. Keenan and O'Neill exchanging punches. CU. Crowd watching. CU. Keenan and O'Neill, both watching for an opening. CU. O'Neill - Keenan lands a left. SCU. O'Neill and Keenan swinging punches at one and other. CU. Swinging punches at one and other. SV. Keenan lands a right to O'Neill's face, he goes down, referee starts to count, he's up at the count of 4. Keenan swings a right and misses. Gong sounds. Keenan raises his hands above his head and embraces O'Neill. Crowd. CU. In ring, Keenan with Lonsdale gold belt round his waist. CU. O'Neill in his corner with towel round his head. CU. Keenan being congratulated for keeping his boxing bantamweight title.
