This town appears to be Blackpool where it was hoped to raise £1m for the War effort. The tank was waiting at North Station goods yard to be taken in a combination of civil and military procession for the inauguration of its position as a bank in Talbot Square (pictured). The newspaper report describes it mounting \'a high obstruction composed of sandbags and wire entanglements\' to demonstrate some of the versatility of the machine. A replica tank was also constructed from an open top tram and called Albert after he mayor, Albert Parkinson\' made from trams.
