    Various shots of the USS Stewart warship, that had been captured by Japanese during World War 2 and used by their navy. Now back in American hands we see the warship returning to San Francisco, United States of America (USA). The Japanese flag is hauled down the mast. We see Japanese radio and radar equipment installed in warship. Various good shots of American crew standing on deck as the warship sails under Golden Gate bridge. Various shots of the crew with their pet dog. More shots of the destroyer, showing Japanese writing on equipment on board and Japanese flag painted on the side. According to old records the officer in charge is Captain Ellison, date given on old records is 10/04/1946.
