Various shots of a girl in traditional Japanese geisha costume sitting at a low table and making a picture from sand and rocks - the method is called Bonseki. She sifts the sand through a tiny sieve onto a dark lacquer tray then uses a soft brush to create a landscape effect. Rocks, pebbles and tiny Japanese towers are put in place to complete the picture.
