He has two artificial legs and the car is specially designed to be controlled by hand. He lifts his legs into the car and starts it up. M/S as he drives off and his wife waves to him. Sale, Greater Manchester. M/S of Norman Sykes and his family in a large pedal car that he has built himself. Various shots as they pedal down the street with the other traffic. The car leaves the road and plunges into the river where they pedal it across. Norman adjusts the hood of the car and makes a tent like contraption for sleeping purposes.
