    M/S gun carriage going past camera. The procession moves down O'Connell St. M/S as the procession comes to a halt outside the post office. The procession observes a minutes silence outside the post office.

    At the gates of Glashevin Cemetery. Pan to L/S of the procession nearing cemetery. Pan from Guard of Honour to the coffin being borne towards grave. M/S crowd around the grave. M/S rifles being fired in salute. President Eamonn De Valera gives a speech. M/S coffin surrounded by mourners. M/S of the funeral and cemetery.

    Casement was executed in England in 1916, after Easter Uprising. His body was exhumed from Pentonville Prison to be reburied in Ireland.
