Austrian POW points out enemy positions to Russian officers on map - propaganda film?
World War One. Interrogation of Austrian prisoners on the Russian front.
Austrian prisoner of war (POW) is brought up to 2 Russian Army men seated at a table outside small hut, tree and other men in background. Prisoner bends over the table, showing something to interrogators. All 3 men bend over table looking at map as the prisoner points. The prisoner stands in front of table and one of the Russians hands him a small book which he puts in his pocket. Austrian salutes and walks off, followed by a guard. Seems prisoners gives up information very easily - could be propaganda film?
Modified WPA record.
