    The armies of occupation in Germany organise an "Olympic Games" (ie Inter-Service Games) in Berlin, Germany.

    Various shots crowds filling sports stadium. General MacNarney of US army arrives at the stadium, followed by officers of other Allied forces. Various shots teams marching onto field, including Belgium, England, Denmark and France.

    Various shots as runner lights the Olympic-style torch to start the international athletics competition. Shots of 200 metres race won by Klein of Holland. Various shots of discus and hammer events. Shots of 400 metres relay race won by the US Army. Various shots 1500 metres won by Nankerville of Britain. Various shots of winning athletes on rostrum.
