    London.

    C/U racing driver, Graham Hill. Sculptor Macdonald Reid is measuring his head. C/U Reid writing in an exercise book. C/U Hill rotating slowly in dentist type chair. C/U of Reid taking photos. M/S of Reid taking lots of photos of rotating Hill. Reid signals to Hill he can get up from chair.

    M/S developing photos in dark room. C/U negatives on light box. C/U photos in developing chemicals. Reid removes photos from chemicals and lays them out. M/S Reid adjusting military mapmaking equipment. He has adapted machine to turn photos into 3-D sculptures (?!). M/S of Reid turning knobs to dim lights. C/U pointer on machine tracing Hill's profile on photo.

    M/S Reid removing completed bust from machine - the process, suspiciously, is top secret! Various shots Reid touching up bust. M/S Hill joins Reid and takes the scalpel - "a man must trim his own whiskers". Reid paints the bust gold.
