This reel made up on the anniversary of the opening of the new Incom Building at Via Nomentana (one of the most up-to-date European cinema studios.)

Various shots of the new Incom Building under construction and in its finished state. Under-secretary Bubbio cuts the ribbon, and Monsignor Galletto gives the blessing. . Speech by senator Guglielmone President of Incom. Shots of guests at the opening celebrations. Incom microphone. Pan round a large variety of film equipment, processing, synching, dubbing and editing rooms. Shots of cameraman on various film shoots. An address of appreciation by Prime Minister Giuseppe Pella, who thanks Incom for the opportunity of partaking in the ceremony (speech in Italian). Scenes showing the transportation of news reels around the world, by plane and car. Clips of the films in various languages and different title sequences from around the world.
