Panning shot along front row which includes some of British cabinet - Chancellor of Exchequer, Winston Churchill and secretary of state for foreign affairs, Austen Chamberlain, as well as the Prime Minister.
Note: the premiers for the Empire countries in attendance are thought to be as follows: Britain - Stanley Baldwin, India - Edward Frederick Lindley (aka Baron Irwin Governor General), Canada - William Lyon Mackenzie King (Prime Minister), South Africa - General J.B.M. Hertzog (Prime Minister), Australia - Stanley Melbourne Bruce (Prime Minister), Newfoundland - Mr. Monroe (Prime Minister), New Zealand - J. G. Coates (Prime Minister) and Irish Free State - William T. Cosgrave (in Gaelic - Liam T. MacCosgair, President). Without photographs of these men available it is difficult to determine whether these are the men in the story, and if they are there which is which. AH 2001.
