    Full title reads: "'I'm sorry I'm late ... but I had rather a bad journey down.' The Prince of Wales, after a forced landing, opens Weymouth's magnificent new harbour and pier."

    Weymouth, Dorset.

    Prince Edward, Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII, Duke of Windsor) gets out of car to be greeted by dignitaries from Weymouth. Crowds cheer as he arrives. Sailors hold back the crowds.

    The Mayor of Weymouth makes short speech.

    Prince Edward makes a speech.
