    Hull, Humberside.

Mr Herbert Morrison, leader of the London City Council (and one of the most influential Labour politicians in the post-war period) is walking with the Mayor of Hull and several other dignitaries to open the new Queen's Gardens at Hull. Crowds of people gathered for the opening ceremony. Herbert Morrison mounts the dais to start the electric fountain working. A large fountain starts splashing water. A woman unveiling the monument to Wilberforce, champion of the slaves born in Hull. Pan across the Queen's Gardens - a nice shot.
