    Princess Alexandra attends various events and sees the lights of Hong Kong at night.

    Various shots of Victoria, the capital of Hong Kong, lit up at night with many neon signs in Chinese writing. Princess Alexandra gets out of her car and waves, she is met by Sir Sik-Nin Chau and Sir Michael Turner. She walks along to the quay and gets in a san pan, various shots as it is rowed across to the Sea Palace restaurant. She steps off the san pan and meets officials. Various shots as she walks over a small bridge with tanks of fish beneath, she has to pick out which one she wants. A man smiles as he lifts up the fish in a net, it wriggles and splashes her, she laughs. Eventually she picks a crawfish, which is held up for everyone to see. She sits down to eat with chopsticks.

    M/S of Chinese arch. Various shots as she enters theatre to see a Cantonese opera, crowds watch her. She takes her seat and the players perform a special dance for her, various shots of this.
