Several shots show small hover vehicles zipping about a rural field; the two-seater version is labelled 'Hovertwin' and the single is the 'Hoverbat'. They seem to glide about quite easily, although one of the machines has grey smoke billowing from the rear. A Hovertwin launches onto a lake, and appears to be sinking! I think the front hover 'cushion' is not inflating.

A small group of people stand watching. We see more shots of the Hoverbats on the field, and successful launchings into the water.
