The location here isn't, as currently listed, Coventry - it's Nottingham.

The scenes from 00:07 to 00:18 are filmed in The Old Market Square, Nottingham. The lit building behind the two men is the Council House.

Then at 00:19 we see a trolley-bus going past the Theatre Royal, Nottingham, with "The Peach Tree" pub opposite it.

He certainly is talking about Coventry, though.

The song currently listed as "Sent me to Coventry" should read Send Me To Coventry.

The destination board on the trolley-bus at 00:20 reads "Trent Bridge via London Road".
