It is HMS Renown in the film, rather HMS Repulse, because Repulse had since 1919 only one row of portholes along the full lenght of her hull, the lower one being replaced by a strake of 6" armour between the forward and after turrets.

This film seems to be unused footage of the Prince of Wales tour of New Zealand and Australia aboard HMS Renown in 1920.
This tour was the second the Prince had taken on the Renown and was seven months long. Starting from Portsmouth on the 16th of March and returning there on October 11th.

Some of the footage that did get used can also be seen in :
'HMS Victory' Sort number: ON 298 H
''RENOWN' SHOTS TAKEN DURING PRINCE OF WALES TOUR. Sort number: ON 348 B
and EDWARD VIII PRINCE AND KING (PART 6) Sort number: PT 315
The slow pan round the harbour and docking at ( 00:00:39 to 00:03:40 ) is HMS Renown docking at Queens Wharf, Auckland Harbour on the 24 April 1920 at 11am

HMS Renown had a cinema and squash court added between the funnels for this trip as well a promenade deck aft, and these can seen clearly in some of the shots.
