M/S as they speed past the camera and around the bend, two are neck and neck, Gieson's car looks to be pushed into the side as it tries to overtake, it crashes and he is thrown out, people rush up and drag him off the track, people start running towards him.

    The accident occurred on 21st September 1929.

    Sadly the title card for this incident bears the wrong name - rather than Jimmy Gieson, the driver's name was Jimmy Gleason. Gleason eventually recovered from this crash, but died just 2 years later in another racing incident.
