    C/U of Springer Spaniel. Various shots of two Spaniels lying on ground while lots of rabbits race past. The dogs are undergoing obedience training at Caledonian Kennels.

    Various shots of Mr. MacDonald, who runs university, with grandson and dogs, climbing a stile and walking across the moors in search of rabbits. Various shots of dogs retrieving dummy rabbits. C/U of grandson putting charge into breech of shotgun.

    Mr. MacDonald fires gun at ducks in flight. A bird falls into lake, the dog swims out and retrieves it. L/S of men and dogs walking along river bank.

    It\'s actually Onibury, Shropshire. The film features my grandfather, Ronald D MacDonald, who trained a double champion.
