Massive military parade through streets of central London.

  • Description

Guards March Through London - Reel 2.

Military parade - probably World War One. (See also ON 231 A.)

More footage of massive parade through central London. Troops, military bands, large crowds watching. Trucks with open backs go by carrying civilians - new recruits? Soldiers / officers on horseback. Camera stays at fixed spot throughout. Horses pull gun carriers along. Several carts go by with what looks like small boats on the back. Civilians march along.

Different shot shows parade rounding corner near Lyon's Corner House. Some soldiers seem to be carrying wreaths that are hanging from the bayonets on their shoulders.

    Bad scratching throughout.
