This footage dates from 1934 - changing the guard at St James' Palace. The new guard is found by the Queens Own Cameron Highlanders, and they are taking over from the Scots Guards. The guards band belongs to the Coldstream Guards. The footage is pretty mixed up, and isn't in the correct order of ceremony.
