    Aerial shots of cricket match in progress. Then DS panning over festival grounds with crowd standing round a large oval area where races are being run; some other people walk about or stand in small groups. fairly close view of entertainers on stage; with a few audience members - man and some kids -- and a couple musicians -- in FG. On stage 3 comedians walking around in a row acting silly - slapstick; 3-stooges like. Woman (performer Hetty King) dressed in army uniform but with skirt to the knees; she is singing a song; with funny movements. Music hall type.

    CU King speaking; laughing. King with soldiers; she shakes hands; kisses them; jokes with them; etc. Silly race; with the contestants coming toward camera like a bunch of clowns; very Monty Python-like; with all manner of silly walks; or runs. Hetty is in the lead. Shot of some of the guys fallen on the ground; with another man leaning over; 'listening' to the foot of one of the fallen. home front; World War One.
