    M/Ss of men emptying barrels of beer / alcohol. Other people break bottle (possibly wine) and pour it away. Good M/Ss of men emptying bottles into horse drawn tanker. A poster on the side of the tank reads, "Fighting Kaiser Bill and King Alcohol - Booze and patriotism don't mix. REDONDO BEACH IS WITH YOU UNCLE SAM."

    As the cart pulls away a man runs behind with and collects booze with his hat as it drains from the tank onto road. The man drinks from his hat.
